
One of the most Nutritional and Halwai Special Dry Fruit Laddoo Are from Decades and History of Royals and now it can easily be prepared at home.
Prep time: 20 minutes Cooking time: 15 minutes Total: 35 minutes Serving: 20 Laddoos
Ingredients:
100 grams - Cashew Nuts Cut into small pieces
100 grams - Badam Cut into small pieces
75 grams - Pista Cut into small pieces
50 grams - Raisins Cut into small pieces
75 grams - Poppyseeds
100 grams - Dry Coconut Powder
150 grams - Dates seedless
50 grams - Melon Seeds
75 grams - Gulkan
8-10 tbsp - Ghee for Roasting
Steps:
Take a Kadai to add 2 tbsp ghee add Cashew nuts and roast till light brown color in a low flame and do not over brown the cashew.
In the same Kadai add Badam, Pista, Melon seeds, and 1 tbsp Ghee and roast till light golden brown color on a low flame.
Now add Poppyseeds and Grated Coconut powder and roast till light brown color as shown in the image below.
Now add the Dates seedless and Grind into coarse.
Now add 3-4 tbsp Ghee in Kadai and add all the above mixture and Gulkan and fry it 3-4 minutes till Dates get slightly dissolve and make sure not to burn if it burns all your mixture while getting cool-it may turn darker in color.
After 3-4 minutes in lower flame and switch off the Stove and let it cool down till it is warm enough to make laddoo shapes.
Finally, apply ghee in your palm and shape laddoos and can store in an airtight container till one month
